Acting Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat revealed, Jakarta Public Housing and Settlement Dept. to open a raffling stage for flat tower at City Hall.

Therefore, he wants the empty flats in the capital to be recorded thus those can be occupied soon.

"We want to be transparent and the flat occupants must be really on target," he stated, at City Hall, Wednesday (5/10). 

Meanwhile, Jakarta Public Housing and Settlement Dept. Head, Arifin said residents who are entitled to occupy the flat are still being recorded. Later on, every mayor would be assigned to give recommendation.

"After it is done, we can move to raffling stage," he explained.

Thus far, he added, there have been 1,600 units of empty flat. Those are KS Tubun and Semper. 

"These flats will be prioritized for underprivileged people," he stated.
